The Company:
Exygy is a web development shop that loves working with startups, nonprofits and socially conscious for-profits. We’ve been working hard to find ways to make maximum social impact with the code we write. While we spend 90% of our time as a consulting company, we’re quickly growing and beginning to work on our own internal products as well.

The Role:
Project variety is built into this position; you’ll get a chance to work with large number of projects for both big-name companies and smaller, fast-growing clients. On the coding side, you’ll do work with LAMP frameworks like CakePHP on some projects, Ruby on Rails on others, and interest/skills permitting you’ll have a chance to do iOS and Android development. We’re also playing with fun new(ish) stuff like Node, Sphinx/Lucene, Nginx, Mongo, etc — we’re always trying to learn and stay on the cutting edge.

Consider applying if you’d enjoy delivering well-polished relatively simple projects that take between 2 weeks and 4 months to complete.

The Right Person:
* HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery.
* PHP and MySQL
* MVC framworks (we specifically use CakePHP and Ruby on Rails)
* Experience developing for third-party APIs.
* Bonus points for prior consulting experience.
