Project Description

The fMRI Data Center is a public repository of peer-reviewed fMRI (brain imaging) studies and their underlying data sets.

Exygy built for fMRIDC a Java application that anaylzed large volumes of data.  Exygy’s custom system looked for patterns in brain activity across subjects to identify brain regions responsible for specific cognitive tasks.
