Closing the gender gap in the technology sector

Tech jobs are among the fastest growing in the country, yet inadequate opportunities and outreach are leaving girls behind. Girls Who Code is a national nonprofit working to level the playing field by empowering girls ages 13-17 through mentorship, classes, and a strong network of support. Exygy partnered with Girls Who Code to create a digital experience that supports their tremendous growth. We interviewed stakeholders, conducted data analysis, and built the entire site with a user-centric approach. The result is an interactive site that tells the GWC story, recruits participants, and effectively engages alumni, donors, and volunteers.

We’ve chosen a few of our favorite pieces of work – and they’re all awesome,

Fast, thorough and professional. Exygy is not only a team of talented developers, they are fabulous designers who listened to our needs to execute our vision. They take the time to get it right the first time. Exygy is a partner I’d work with over and over again.
