Chad is driven by his North Star of building things that help people feel safer and more empowered in an increasingly uncertain world. At Exygy, Chad is the lead engineer and engineering manager on our work with the SF Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development. Prior to Exygy, Chad was a Trust and Safety Engineer at Twitter 1.0 working on engineering problems related to the health of the platform and its users. He specialized in building/architecting accessible and performant progressive web applications as well as the scalable APIs and backend infrastructure to drive those applications. When Chad is not writing code, he's either learning or writing code for his latest personal project, pushing himself in the gym, being outside enjoying the warm weather, or exploring the city with his dog.
