At Exygy, we’re committed to constantly refining what true partnership looks like for our clients. In all of our impact areas, we fully embody our mission to use technology to tackle some of society's most pressing issues.
As such, we’ve had the privilege of working with three amazing organizations this past year—The Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers (RCI), CROP Organization, and First 5 Alameda County.
Building Better Data for RCI
The Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers (RCI) approached us with a unique vision to leverage data to drive meaningful, measurable change for caregivers. They wanted to ensure that their initiatives were not only data-driven but also deeply attuned to the actual challenges caregivers face every day. However, they had one vital issue—they lacked a digital platform to make it happen. With internal shifts happening by the day, RCI needed to gain immediate insight into the ever changing world of a non-profit.
Exygy stepped in and delivered a tailored tech solution that not only matched their vision, but was flexible enough to adapt to their growing needs while placing emphasis on real-time caregiver insights.
Today, RCI has a robust platform built on over 37 years of experience, that brings together a wealth of information from RCI’s own programs, external research sources, and direct caregiver feedback. By integrating localized data from universities, community organizations, and government sources, Exygy's custom-built platform is able to help RCI identify key issues affecting caregivers—ranging from healthcare access to housing stability.
This approach allows RCI to provide better resources, influence policy, and create solutions that have a lasting, measurable impact—both within the organization and across the broader caregiving landscape.
CROP – Supporting the Formerly Incarcerated Through Digital Transformation
At Exygy, we believe that technology should empower organizations, not make them dependent on outside vendors. Our partnership with CROP perfectly encapsulates how we approach nonprofit collaborations—building solutions that are not only effective but also sustainable, so that organizations can focus on their mission without worrying about depending on tech agencies long-term.
CROP is redefining reentry by creating pathways to meaningful employment for formerly incarcerated individuals.
For two years, Exygy worked alongside CROP to research, develop, and build a data and analytics platform and application tool for their Ready 4 Life program—a workforce development platform designed to equip justice-impacted individuals with the digital skills they need to thrive in today’s job market.
Building the platform was just the beginning. Because nonprofits like CROP rely on funding rather than recurring revenue, long-term sustainability is always a concern. That’s why we designed the Digital Fellows program not just to be impactful, but also to be something CROP could fully own and manage. After two years of development, we spent dedicated time transitioning tools, training their team, and ensuring they had everything they needed to operate independently. CROP is graduating another cohort of talented fellows this spring. Learn how you might get involved with fair chance hiring!
First 5 Alameda County – Flexibly Scaling a Solution for Early Childhood Development
First 5 Alameda County plays a critical role in supporting children during their earliest years, ensuring that families and childcare providers have access to essential resources. When the county needed a fast, effective way to distribute emergency funding to childcare centers at risk of shutting down, they turned to Exygy to build a solution—fast.
In just three months, we designed and built the Emergency Relief Application, a tool that streamlines the funding request process, ensuring that centers can get the support they need without unnecessary delays. The tool launches at the end of this month and will serve as a much needed resource for families.
Our work didn’t stop there. As with many of our projects, what started as a single application quickly evolved into a broader partnership. By facilitating stakeholder workshops, documenting processes, and connecting the dots between long-term policy goals and immediate needs, we helped First 5 Alameda not only create a solution but also lay the groundwork for future improvements.
Exygy At Its Core—Delivering Tech That Serves Communities Without Unnecessary Complexity
At Exygy, we believe that digital solutions should be **accessible, adaptable, and built for long-term impact—**not dependency. Across our work with CROP, RCI, and First 5 Alameda, we’ve seen firsthand how thoughtful, human-centered technology can remove barriers and empower organizations to serve their communities more effectively.
Whether it’s responding to urgent needs, streamlining service delivery, or laying the groundwork for long-term transformation, our approach remains the same:
- We build for impact without complexity. Our clients walk away with tools they can own, manage, and scale—no black-box systems or hidden dependencies.
- We move fast without sacrificing inclusivity. Every solution is designed with and for the people it serves, ensuring equitable access and usability.
- We are true partners, not just service providers. We go beyond tech, investing in the success of our clients and the communities they uplift.
If your organization is looking for digital solutions that balance speed, scalability, and equity, let’s talk. We’d love to explore how we can support your mission.
What’s a Rich Text element?
H1 example
H3 example
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
