Give a warm welcome to our newest Exygy team member: Ivy Teng Lei! As a Growth Marketing Lead, Ivy works closely with our cross-functional teams to reach mission-aligned partners and clients.

With nearly a decade of experience in the growth marketing space, Ivy’s background is in the digital experience and conversion journey optimizations across the B2B, B2C and SaaS sector. She has worked with companies such as Nestle, Casper, InVision, Rent the Runway, Talkspace, Getaround, Ethos, and Zeel.

Outside of the 9-to-5, Ivy advocates for immigration justice and education equity and currently serves as Board President of ImmSchools, a nonprofit organization that works to ensure immigrant and undocumented schools thrive in the K-12 education system. She holds a B.A. in Communications at Baruch College, City University of New York.
