Outside of work, Shen volunteers with Gum Moon, an SF-based resource center for immigrant women, up-leveling their digital presence. She also volunteers as a mentor for high school students as part of MindsMatter SF, and provides guidance on academic & interpersonal success.

When Shen’s not on the computer, you can find her taking care of her ever-growing collection of plants, obsessing over corgi Instagram accounts, or looking for the next authentic Chinese restaurant to try. Shen holds a B.S. in Web Design & Development from Simmons University in Boston, MA.
