Lead Product Manager — Bloom
Company, Product: Exygy, Bloom
Date Posted: Tuesday, June 9th
Application Deadline: Monday, June 22nd
Function: Product
Level: M4
Job Purpose
Remote, US | Product | FTE
Exygy seeks an enthusiastic, experienced, and strategic Lead Product Manager who is passionate about making a difference in the world with technology. Join our tight-knit product team to help shape, grow, and deliver Bloom Housing, our affordable housing platform. While you will be focused on Bloom, you will work closely with peers across Product, Design, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to support a sustainable, impactful product business.
Bloom is a software solution that simplifies the search and application process while providing equitable access to affordable housing resources. Bloom helps housing seekers find, understand, and apply for affordable housing opportunities, while supporting public agencies, housing organizations, and administrators with tools that make programs easier to manage and improve over time.
As Lead Product Manager for Bloom, you will own product strategy, roadmap definition, discovery, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and product delivery across complex Bloom initiatives. You will translate business goals, user needs, client priorities, technical constraints, and market opportunities into clear product direction and actionable delivery plans. This role is scoped as an M4 manager: you will lead through people, systems, and cross-functional influence; manage and develop assigned product team members; and be accountable for results, budgets, strategies, hiring input, and execution within the Bloom product line.
Bloom’s users include housing seekers, case workers, housing navigators, leasing agents, property managers, program administrators, and government and nonprofit stakeholders. Many end users are members of underserved and underrepresented communities, which makes accessibility, plain language, equity, privacy, and human-centered product development essential to how we build.
You will serve as a primary product partner to Design, Engineering, Growth, and client stakeholders, helping Bloom balance platform scalability with the realities of client implementation. You will also lead business development initiatives and support product growth by shaping solution approaches, informing proposals, identifying productized opportunities, and communicating Bloom’s value to prospective clients and partners.

This is a full-time, remote, U.S.-based position. Exygy anticipates hiring for this role subject to certain business contingencies, which may include funding approval, client contract finalization, confirmed business need, or other conditions identified during the hiring process or in the offer letter.
If a contingency affects the role before employment begins, Exygy may delay the start date, revise the role scope, or withdraw the offer. Candidates will be notified promptly of any material changes affecting the position. All employment decisions will be made in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law and Exygy’s equal employment opportunity commitments.
