India is a People Ops Professional with a background in digital marketing, sales, film and web development. She regularly draws on her experience with design, UI/UX to better processes, policies, and business operations in order to best serve her clients: the employees. She is passionate about intersectionality, advocacy, DE&I initiatives and creating scaleable and evergreen workplaces. She is a thought leader and speaker around the betterment of work, all matters lgbtq+ and a Culture First Chapter lead.

When India isn’t in the People Ops world you can find her co-hosting her own podcast about being queer in the South called Southern Queeries. India also spends a lot of time cooking recipes from Mexico or partaking in outdoor activities.
