Isabelle is a determined problem solver with a passion for creating social services for the digital age. She cares deeply about working to improve the way people interact with systems, particularly government service provision. As a founding member of the City of Chicago Digital Services Team, she worked to bring human-centered design and Agile methodologies to municipal land sale programs.

Prior to joining Exygy, Isabelle had a variety of experiences with affordable housing, both in the nonprofit space and as a data analyst for a housing research study. Her experiences drive her to create products that leverage the power of good data in order to be thoughtful, accessible, and user-focused. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and received her Master's in Public Policy from the University of Chicago. In her free time, Isabelle enjoys trying out new vegetarian recipes with her friends, solving crossword puzzles, and knitting.
