Prior to her software engineering journey, Melanie had a career teaching music and languages. Her experiences instilled in her the values of building authentic relationships and approaching problems iteratively and from different perspectives.  Melanie's expertise lies in developing innovative software solutions through collaboration and creativity. She actively seeks opportunities to share her knowledge and experiences, fostering growth and empowering individuals in the field. Outside of work, you'll find Melanie with her nose buried in a book or striking a pose on her yoga mat. With dirt under her nails, she tends to her garden and fearlessly forages for edible treasures. Nature is her sanctuary, whether it's frolicking amidst the trees, revving up her motorcycle on scenic routes or retreating to her woodland cabin.
